4. External Resources
Official portals, libraries, archives, and outside services, including sponsored tools, set their own terms. We do not control their accuracy, access, prices, uptime, or privacy practices.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
The service is offered "as is" and "as available" without warranties. No promise is made that content will remain accurate, complete, or current, or that a linked source will operate or return a correct match.
6. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss tied to use of the service, a linked resource, or a decision based on a located record.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the operators harmless from claims or demands, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse or breach of these terms.
8. Site Content Rights
Copyright protects the original writing, design, logo, and layout. You may link to a page or quote a short excerpt with credit, but may not republish whole pages or systematically copy the service.
9. Changes to Terms
A new version may be posted here. Using the service after publication means that you accept the revised terms.
10. Access Restrictions
We may restrict or block access, without notice, when a person abuses the service or violates these conditions.
11. Arizona Law
Arizona law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Official Phoenix and Maricopa County disclosure duties arise under Arizona Public Records Law, A.R.S. §§39-121 through 39-161, but that law does not turn this private service into a public custodian.
12. Severability
If one provision cannot be enforced, all remaining terms continue to apply.
13. Terms Questions
Send questions about these conditions through the Contact page.
